Edward J. Bushey Sr., 80 of 33 Ticonderoga Drive, died Sunday night at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. A native of Colebrook, he had lived in Torrington about 50 years. He had been employed as a caretaker of private homes.
He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Emil Tedesco of Torrington and Miss Laura Bushey of Southbury; two sons, Edward J. Bushey Jr. and Richard J. Bushey, both of Torrington; a brother, Ernest Bushey of Winsted; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
