     At Charles F. Hotchkin's death his obituary describes Dorothy as a sister. The Compiler believes that she is likely an adopted daughter.

     Thomas Hotchkin was born circa 1830. He resided at Onondaga, Onondaga County, NY, USA, in 1869.

     Thomas is found in Onondaga County from a real estate purchase that he made from Mr. E. Mann, Book 174, pg 447. E. Mann would likely be father of Mariah Mann (#383), wife of George P. Hotchkin (#577). This would tie Thomas to George P. Hotchkin.

Annie Hotchkin appeared on the census of 1900 at Sangerfield, Oneida County, NY, USA. The census lists the family as: Hotchkin, George, Sep 1838, 61, b NY; wife Mariah, Oct 1844, 55, b Eng; sister Annie Brady, Apr 1863, 37, b NY.. She resided at Waterville, Oneida County, NY, USA, in 1900.

     Annie is identified in the 1900 census as Annie Brady, a servant and single, living with George P. Hotchkin.
