     Lewis D. Straw was born on 18 February 1842 at Concord, Jackson County, MI, USA. 1900 census, age 58, born feb 1842. The 1850 census gives him an age of 10. He was the son of Charles Straw and Almira Darling. Lewis D. Straw married Martha Calpernia Knapp in 1867 at Concord, Jackson County, MI.¹ Lewis D. Straw married Elvira Parshall, daughter of William Parshall and Mellissa J. Loop, on 2 June 1882 at Spring Arbor, Jackson County, MI, USA. Lewis D. Straw and Elvira Parshall were divorced circa 1890 at Jackson County, MI, USA. He married Alice L. Parshall at Concord, Jackson County, MI, on 4 August 1893. Obviously there is a mistake here as The Compiler has a Hotchkin child born after her marriage to Straw..² Lewis D. Straw appeared on the census of 1900 at Concord, Jackson County, MI. The census lists the family as: Louis D Straw, Feb 1842, 58, married (crossed off), born MI, father born NY, mother born MI; wife Allen L, mar 1866, 36, married 8 years, 4 children, 2 living, born MI, parents born MI; son Dexter, oct 1873, 26, born MI, single; son Clyde, sep 1895, 4, born MI; dau Lulu, mar 1900, 2/12, born MI.. He died on 4 February 1916 at Concord, Jackson County, MI, at age 73. Alice remarried and the Compiler can not find him in the 1920 census.. He was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, at Concord, Jackson County, MI, USA.

     Charles Williams was born circa 1840 at NY, USA. He married Jane Parry at NY circa 1865.

     The Compiler believe that this is Humphery Williams, age 41, born NY, at the 1870 census of Remsen, Oneida, NY.

     Jane Parry was born circa 1840 at NY, USA. She married Charles Williams at NY circa 1865.

     Douglas Conway was born in 1856 at Raleigh, Wake County, NC, USA. According to 1860 and 1870 census. She married Charles Eugene Hotchkin Rev. at Morganfield, Union County, KY, USA, in August 1901.¹ Douglas died at Morganfield, Union County, KY.

     According to Dorothy Garlington, Douglas had heard the Rev. Charles speak at the Presbyterian General Assembly and began corresponding with him. They were married after the death of Eleanor and lived in a small house in Durant because she did not like living on the family farm. Douglas moved back to Morganfield about a year later as she could not adjust to the Missionary life. After the death of Charles, she signed a Quit Claim Deed for $100, transferring the house to Charles' children; Mary, Lucy, Charles, Joseph, and Cyrus. Since Cyrus was only 16, Charles F. was made his legal guardian.

     Joe Arnold Clark was born on 27 February 1911 at OK, USA.¹ He married Etta Lee Hardin circa 1937.² Joe Arnold Clark died on 10 April 1993 at Chouteau, Mayes County, OK, USA, at age 82.¹

     Christopher Columbus Lumm Stephenson was born on 6 December 1879 at Glory, Lamar County, TX, USA. He was the son of David Logan Stephenson and Sarah Ann Akard. He married Ada May Corry at Greenville, Hunt County, TX, USA, on 31 January 1904.¹ Christopher Columbus Lumm Stephenson died on 7 November 1962 at Antlers, Pushmataha County, OK, USA, at age 82. He was buried at Antlers City Cemetery, at Antlers, Pushmataha County, OK, USA.

     Ada was born at Hillsboro, Hill County, TX, USA, on 11 May 1883. She married Christopher Columbus Lumm Stephenson at Greenville, Hunt County, TX, USA, on 31 January 1904.¹ Ada died on 3 February 1979 at Antlers, Pushmataha County, OK, USA, at age 95. She was buried at Antlers City Cemetery, at Antlers, Pushmataha County, OK, USA.

     Florence Marianna Walner was born on 17 October 1904 at Indian Territory, USA. Date from 1920 census. Census says that she is Indian.¹ She was the daughter of William Robert Walner and Cornelia (Coral) Mae Owens Cheek. She married Donald Douglas at OK, USA, circa 1930.² Florence Marianna Walner died on 19 July 1966 at Los Angeles County, CA, USA, at age 61.¹

     Her niece Jan Walner says that she was not proud of her Indian heritage; but was a real character, funny, talented, outspoken and independent. Very likeable and unforgettable.

     Benjamin Yagol was born on 6 August 1910 at OK, USA. He married Lena Marie Walner at OK circa 1930. Benjamin Yagol died on 15 January 1999 at Tulsa, Tulsa County, OK, USA, at age 88.¹

     Frankie Crabtree was born on 1 June 1893 at TX, USA. Age 16 at the 1910 census of Walker, Garvin, OK. She was the daughter of Joseph Francis Crabtree and Mary Susan Griffen. She married Ebenezer Walner at OK, USA, circa 1920.¹ Frankie Crabtree appeared on the census of 1920 at Walker, Garvin County, OK, USA. The census lists the family as: Ebb Walner, 33, born IT, parents born USA, farmer; wife Frankie, 26, born TX, parents born TX.. She died on 13 February 1951 at Pauls Valley, Garvin County, OK, USA, at age 57. She was buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery, at Pauls Valley, Garvin County, OK, USA. Sec 2, Bl 19, lot 6, Sp 1.

     Grant E. Walner was born on 20 October 1920 at OK, USA. Age 9 at the 1930 census.¹ He was the son of Ebenezer Walner and Frankie Crabtree. Grant E. Walner died on 16 December 2012 at OK at age 92.¹

     Frank Walner was born on 26 March 1890 at Pauls Valley, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, USA. 1910 census says that he is age 21, 1930 census gives age as 30.² He was the son of William (Will) Walner Jr. and Lena Hotchkin. Frank Walner appeared on the census of 1910 at USS Cleveland, Honolulu, Honolulu County, HI, USA. The census lists the family as: He is age 21, an Ordinary Seaman on the ship.. He died in April 1967 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA, USA, at age 77.² He was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery, at Tulsa, Tulsa County, OK, USA.

     Frank was raised by the Allen family who lived near the Walner farm when his parents died. He was age 9 months when his mother died and 4 years when his father died.
