     Rosette was born at Onondaga County, NY, USA, in June 1833. She was the daughter of Thomas Blanchard and Sarah C. (Sally) Cunningham. She married Jerome W. Hotchkin at DeWitt, Onondaga County, NY, USA, in 1855.¹ Rosette Blanchard died on 5 June 1908 at Fayetteville, Onondaga County, NY, USA. Her obituary says that death occurred on 6th..^2,3,4 She was buried at Fayetteville Cemetery, at Fayetteville, Onondaga County, NY, USA, .

     The 1900 census found her in Eastwood, DeWitt Twp., Onondage Co, NY with her husband. At the 1870 census of DeWitt, Onondaga Co. she is still with her husband, Jerome.
     On 26 May 1863 Rosette sold her interest in fathers Fayetteville lot to her brother Orlow.
     In 1876 she was named in Will of stepmother Clarissa and left the "Family Register." She was also name in the 1889 Will of brother Orlow.
