Smedley Forest died in 1904 at Bryan County, OK, USA.3 He was buried at Highland Cemetery, at Durant, Bryan County, OK, USA, .

     The Compiler can not find Smedley in any census and it is not clear as to the spelling of Forest as it may be Forrest. The mother of the children is not known except it is clear that they are not children of Lucy as she calls them stepchildren in the 1910 census.
